Peace Not Walls Holy Land Trip for Young Adults of Color
You are invited to journey through the Holy Land through the lens of the Peace Not Walls Campaign of the ELCA.
Come and take an alternative tour of the Holy Land by learning about and understanding the people behind the Israel/Palestine conflict. Learn who Palestinian Christians and Muslims are, their history, their culture, their narrative and the lives they live under occupation. Similarly, learn about Israeli Jews who disagree with the current laws that separate and divide Palestinians and Israelis. Learn who the true advocates for peace are. Learn how YOU can be a peace advocate upon returning to America and how your individual role is important in the pursuit for peace.
